We invite you to join us for the ACTA’s upcoming Round Table event, hosted by the Commonwealth Bank. We will hear in-person from Stephen Halmarick, Chief Economist and Head of Global Economic & Markets Research at the Commonwealth Bank.
At this invite only event, we will hear in-person from Stephen Halmarick, Chief Economist and Head of Global Economic & Markets Research at the Commonwealth Bank, who will present on four key themes and their implications for the Australian and Tasmanian economy and businesses:
- higher inflation
- tighter monetary policy
- further policy development to mitigate the effects of climate change, including carbon trading; and
- geopolitical risks, especially the war in Ukraine, and the impact on commodity prices and global economic growth
