𝑊𝑒’𝑟𝑒 𝑜𝑛 𝑡ℎ𝑒 𝑙𝑜𝑜𝑘𝑜𝑢𝑡 𝑓𝑜𝑟 𝑎 𝒗𝒐𝒍𝒖𝒏𝒕𝒆𝒆𝒓 𝑻𝒓𝒆𝒂𝒔𝒖𝒓𝒆𝒓 𝑡𝑜 𝑗𝑜𝑖𝑛 𝑜𝑢𝑟 𝑏𝑜𝑎𝑟𝑑!

The Milligan Board of Management is calling for nominations for an 𝗔𝗰𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁 to fill our final board position.

If you’ve got a head for numbers and a heart for community, this could be your chance to help guide the future of our vibrant community hub. (Working remotely also okay!)

𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭’𝐬 𝐢𝐧𝐯𝐨𝐥𝐯𝐞𝐝:

• Initial 1-year volunteer term
• Finance or accountancy qualifications
• Monthly engagement to support financial oversight ahead of board meetings
• Collaborate with the Board, CEO and Finance Officer to review:

– Financial reporting

– Budgeting

– Streamlining processes

– Annual audit support (if needed)

– Compliance

You won’t be doing it alone. An external, highly experienced retired treasurer will be available to offer mentoring and development opportunities if needed.
