Networking: Is Gender Equality a Zero-Sum Game?

The Australian Corporate Treasury Association in partnership with our Diversity Partner The 100% Project, and the Women In Treasury group invites you to our upcoming networking event hosted by KPMG.

The 100% Project will be launching two pieces of important research.

Men and gender quotas – what’s loss got to do with it?

Does the loss of opportunity, loss of leadership identity, and perceived loss of meritocracy predict attitudes toward gender quotas? And does an organisational culture where it is safe to speak up reduce resistance to gender quotas?

Join us as we hear from 100% Project as they present their findings, followed by a panel chaired by Dr Andrea North-Samardzic.

Panel:

  • Nathan Goonan – CFO, NAB
  • Kim Kerr – CFO, Orica
  • Allan Ball MBSW – National Director White Ribbon Australia and Non-Executive Director: The 100% Project and LinkedIn Top Voice

MC:

  • Dr Andrea North-Samardzic – Director – Women’s Entrepreneurship Research Alliance (WERA) and Senior Lecturer in Management
