Treasury Back Office Specialist

Treasury Back Office Specialist role is responsible for supervision of all Treasury Back Office operations, ensuring all settlements and post deal execution processes are completed effectively and in accordance with strict daily deadlines. This role develops and maintains the Treasury Management System, ensuring automation and efficiency in a strict control environment. The individual will be required to mentor other Treasury Payments Specialists to complete sensitive, complex and time critical daily Treasury payment activities.

About The Team!

Global Treasury manage the Group’s bank and debt relationships and are responsible for cash management, investment activities and managing the financial risks of the Group.

The Payment Solutions team are responsible for daily processing of supplier, Treasury and FX payments, implementation and management of Australian and Global payment systems, and improving payment systems, processes, security and controls.

Relationships are held with all businesses globally and Treasury is a trusted adviser to CFOs, global finance teams and operational businesses.

Qualification and experience

  • Degree Qualification
  • Travel Industry Knowledge
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel Skills
  • Knowledge of Flight Centre Systems
  • Prior Use of Treasury Management Systems
  • Administration of Online Banking Platform
  • Corporate Treasury Experience in Back office and treasury settlements
  • Comprehensive Knowledge of International Payments and Payment Files
