Networking (WA): Hour of Power

The Australian Corporate Treasury Association invites you to join us for the upcoming April 2024 – Hour of Power event hosted by KPMG.

The Hour of Power is an informal discussion forum aimed at Corporate Treasurers in WA. The purpose is to share experiences and learnings.

The following topic will be discussed:

Scenario Planning – the Treasurers dilemma

In a highly integrated world, we have reached a point where traditional risk management methodologies, that focus on assessing the likelihood and severity of single points are insufficient.

These traditional risk models do not capture contagion relations between risks, provide a means of quantifying and estimating cause and effect between structural shifts, macroeconomic trends and internal risk holistically.

Can you as a Treasurer identify and assess the impact of various risk scenarios across a company’s treasury division?
