Women in Treasury (NSW) – Leadership Series & Economic Update

Join the Women in Treasury committee for our International Women’s Day event, generously sponsored by HSBC. This event marks the annual WiT Leadership Series, dedicated to showcasing the stories and career paths of senior women within the Australian Treasury community. Attendees will gain invaluable insights into professional development and have the opportunity to network with peers and other treasury professionals.

This event aims to ignite ambition and foster connections with remarkable women who are shaping the treasury landscape. Join us for an economic update by Paul Bloxham, HSBC Chief Economist for Australia, NZ & Global Commodities, and hear from another distinguished speaker as part of our Leadership Series.

Kaylene Gulich PSM – CEO, Western Australian Treasury Corporation

 

Ms Gulich commenced as the CEO of WATC in February 2019. 

 

Ms Gulich has extensive experience in public policy, a broad knowledge of financial markets and considerable expertise in the Western Australian economy.

She has previously held senior roles within the Department of Treasury, as the Executive Director of both the Economic, and Infrastructure and Finance business units. 

 

As well as being a member of the CPA Australia and the Australian Institute of Company Directors, Ms Gulich is currently on the Board of Directors at the Australian Financial Markets Association, VenuesWest and the Western Australian Institute of Sport, and is the Treasurer of IPAA WA. Ms Gulich was awarded a Public Service Medal for outstanding public service to Western Australia through a range of roles.
