Kaylene Gulich PSM – CEO, Western Australian Treasury Corporation
Ms Gulich commenced as the CEO of WATC in February 2019.
Ms Gulich has extensive experience in public policy, a broad knowledge of financial markets and considerable expertise in the Western Australian economy.
She has previously held senior roles within the Department of Treasury, as the Executive Director of both the Economic, and Infrastructure and Finance business units.
As well as being a member of the CPA Australia and the Australian Institute of Company Directors, Ms Gulich is currently on the Board of Directors at the Australian Financial Markets Association, VenuesWest and the Western Australian Institute of Sport, and is the Treasurer of IPAA WA. Ms Gulich was awarded a Public Service Medal for outstanding public service to Western Australia through a range of roles.

Andrea is currently executive director of systematic markets at the Commonwealth Bank of Australia (CBA) and is responsible for artificial intelligence across CBA’s institutional banking & markets division. During her 7 years at CBA, Andrea has grown a team that builds digitisation, quantitative insights and pricing solutions for CBA’s global markets and commodities businesses. Andrea has previously worked at Deutsche Bank in Sydney and Frankfurt where she was looking after electronic trading channels, and previously worked on foreign exchange hedging products as part of the global structuring team.
